1. How do I order a Candy Buffet Kit?  

 

You can order our candy buffet kits either by using the “Shop Now” button at

                                                                        the top of this page or via our Ebay shop using the Ebay link above.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

                                                                                                             

2. Can I have mixed coloured bags in my Candy Buffet Kit?

 

Yes you can! Simply select the option assorted when placing your order and then in the

“Message to seller” box state the colours that you would like and we will arrange.

 

3. Are sweets included in the Candy Buffet Kit?

 

No, sweets are not included in the kits.  All sweets shown in the photographs are for

illustration purposes only.  If you wish for us to provide sweets, we can quote for you;

simply message us at trulysweetcandy@gmail.com.

 

4. How can I order a Balloon?

5. Do you ship overseas?

 

If you would like to place an order and live overseas, please order via our

Ebay Shop.  Your order will be sent via the Ebay Global Shipping Programme.

At the moment, orders made via our website are shipped to the

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) only.

 

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

 

All orders made will be despatched within 1 working day (orders placed on Saturday

or Sunday will not be collected until Monday).  Our free shipping service is with

Royal Mail 48 which, despite its name, delivers within 2-3 working days.  

We would therefore recommend that you allow 5 working days for your delivery

although it will often be less than this.

8. Can I wash and reuse the candy buffet kits?

 

Yes our plastic P.E.T. food grade jars, stainless steel scoops and tongs are

fully washable and reusable however, they are not dishwasher safe .

Wash using warm soapy water or alternatively, wash in Baby Sterilising

fluid made up as per the instructions on the bottle.

 

9. I have made an order in error, how can I cancel it?

 

To cancel an order made in error, please email trulysweetcandy@gmail.com

or contact us via the contact form on this website.  If your order has already

been despatched, it will not be possible to cancel your order however, if you

return the unused item to us upon receipt we will process a full refund.  

Please note however, that the return postage cost will be at your expense.

10. I have received my order and it is not suitable, how can I return it?

 

Simply place the unused items back in the original packaging and return to us at the

As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately process the refund.  

Please note however, that the return postage will be at your expense.  

Please also ensure that there is a note in the box identifying your order.

 

11. My order has not arrived, what should I do?

 

In the unlikely event that you order has not arrived, please contact us

via the contact form or email us at trulysweetcandy@gmail.com and

we will check the tracking information.  Please allow 5 working days

to pass prior to contact us to allow for delays.
